Abstract: This paper describes a role of organigram in managing the whole project. The concept of “organigram” is derived from German and means an organization chart. It operates in our society recently, when on Polish market began to appear consortia of Polish – German relations. In order to described it role the organizational structure and organizational chart being quoted. Types of bonds and relationships between the elements of organizational structure were presented. The analysis was performed on the example of the organizational chart of the National Stadium in Warsaw.
