CREDIBILITY OF PLANNED INVESTMENTS’ ESTIMATED COST AGAINST A BACKGROUND OF BARRIERS IN INVESTMENT PROCESS

Abstract: In this paper data describing extent of financial investments in Poland was shown, as well as intention to underscore most important reasons triggering increase of planned investment cost in addition to real outcomes / costs. Exemplification of studies carried out in other countries it was pointed out that this process is characteristic not only to national investments, but occurs in most engineering objects realized all over the world alike. In subsequent part of article attention was centered on investment process barriers which now appear in our country and refer mostly to legislation and administrational activity.
